Private Balcony Dinner on Star Princess

For our honeymoon we decided to schedule a balcony dinner one night. I’m not sure if you need a balcony or if this could be scheduled in your room. I would ask that question to make sure.

The cost: $115. We received a $100 gift card from the wedding. I couldn’t figure out how to use it to book it online, so I ended up calling Princess and booking in order to use the gift card. Make sure you have the right number. Do not google it. Get it from their website. I booked it before our cruise and then scheduled it once on board.

Once on board, you can call room service to schedule. Must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

When I called them to schedule, I ordered our main dishes-the menu was provided the first night in our stateroom once we boarded. Pics below.

Appetizer: Different flavored canapes. Tuna, Salmon, Cream Cheese. Also a crab cake baked in a puff pastry.

Salad: Marinated Chevre and Mesclun Field Greens

Main Meal: I had the surf and turf (broiled tail of cold water lobster and grilled filet of beef tenderloin) & my husband had the grilled filet of beef tenderloin diane (he doesn’t like seafood).

For dessert we had a quartet mousseline made of dark, swiss, mild and white chocolate.
